As we mentioned a few days ago, we're traveling again - starting tomorrow. So the next post won't be for a couple of weeks.
But I want to let you know about ways you can provide feedback to us about either Smoky Mountain Tower or All Decked Out.
First, a few days after your stay at either cabin, you will receive a survey from IVacationOnLine. It's an automatic thing that goes to every guest. It only takes a minute or two to fill it out, and it really helps us to know if there are any issues we need to be addressing. So please take the time to fill out the survey and send it back.
Secondly, we know that many of our guests leave comments in our guest book. One of the first things we do when we arrive at either cabin is to read the guest book. We've started posting some of those comments on our Web sites, too. But sometimes we're not able to get to Gatlinburg for a number of weeks.
So there are a couple of ways to leave reviews online, depending on the sites where we advertise. For example, if you stay at Smoky Mountain Tower, you'll probably get a request for a review from Flipkey.
We're also going to start sending you short e-mails after your stay to invite you to leave a review on VRBO and/or HomeAway (both are owned by the same company). Again, these are very easy to do and will only take a few minutes.
Surveys and reviews are a tremendous help to us because they let us know what YOU think and how we can improve our cabins and our service to better help make your vacation experience as close to perfect as possible. So we look forward to hearing from you.
