We love Gatlinburg. But when we visit, we spend most of our time working on
All Decked Out or
Smoky Mountain Tower. So this week, we're taking a REAL vacation to celebrate our 52nd anniversary. We're staying at the Holiday Inn Grand Caymanian in the Cayman Islands - our favorite 'out of the country' place to relax. We celebrated our anniversary on Monday by taking a tour of the island, including a stop at the "blowholes." Take a look:
When a wave comes in, the water shoots 40-50 feet in the air through a hole in the rocks. It's quite spectacular.
