The latest update

Yeah, it's been almost 10 days since our last post. But we left it up longer than usual because we wanted you to see the comments, too. We're still amazed at what God has been doing!

There was actually another reason for leaving it up. We've been traveling (again). We just got home from a week of intensive Board meetings in Pennsylvania and we're tired! During the last three days of last week, I had 7 meetings. And I'm talking about 2 of them that were all-day meetings! So it's been tough to do much else.

Part of the reason for this update is to let you know that we have some more travel coming up - starting next week. So we've recruited Angie to get "back to work!" She will be handling everything while we're gone - inquiries, reservations, questions, payment reminders, surveys, and any other issues that come up.

When we get back, we plan to spend 2-3 days in Gatlinburg at All Decked Out (if it isn't rented). We just want to check everything out and make some plans for some refurbishing. We already have some ideas about some color changes. So keep checking back to see what happens. Because of bookings, we can't do too much until later in the year. But we'll keep you posted.

Speaking of bookings, here's what's open at All Decked Out from now until August 15:
-July 5 and 6 (Monday and Tuesday)
-July 11-14 (Sunday-Wednesday) - we'll delay our trip if somebody books these nights
-August 7-14 (Saturday to Saturday)

After that, you can pick some great dates for this fall. We hope you'll join us at All Decked Out - or at Smoky Mountain Tower. But don't wait too long. We've had to turn a lot of folks away in the past 3 weeks.
