We are thankful for the many guests who have enjoyed staying at All Decked Out and Smoky Mountain Tower this year and through all the past years.
We are thankful for our daughters, Marcia and Angie, who take care of reservations and keep our websites running.
We are thankful for Ingrid and Bob and their girls, and for Mark, Darren & Joyce who take such good care of our cabins, keeping them clean and well-maintained.
We are thankful for Joe, Gail and John and all the folks at ivacationonline for their great reservation system.
We are thankful for our many friends on the Smokies Yahoo group who give us such great ideas, share leads, and keep us informed on what's going on in the vacation rental business.
And mostly, we are thankful to God for sending His Son, Jesus, to die for our sins, and for the way our Savior leads us and cares for us in every part of our lives.

At 11:59 pm on December 12, all the prices will go back to their regular amounts. But if you make your reservation on 12-12-12, you will save $38.00 per night, which works out to 24% off our regular rates!We’re telling you about this special deal now – more than 3 weeks in advance – so you won't spend all your money on Black Friday or Cyber Monday (although you only have to put $150 down when you make your reservation). Pass the word to your friends, too, and get ready to make your reservations on December 12. Since 12-12-12 will never happen again in our lifetime, this is a one-time event. You may never be able to book our cabins at a rate this low again!

Change of plans...
Three days from today, we were planning to go to Gatlinburg and decorate All Decked Out and Smoky Mountain Tower for Christmas.
Marcia and her boys were going to meet us there. Last year, they did ALL the decorating for us because Phyllis was so sick that we couldn't leave home.
But four very nice ladies changed our plans. Early this morning, they decided to stay at All Decked Out all next week. They took advantage of our November/December special and saved more than $300 on their vacation! We're so glad they're able to stay with us. And that is letting us stay home next week to get some other things done.
We originally planned our decorating trip for the week after Thanksgiving - but Phyllis has been called for jury duty, so that may change, too. We actually want to do more than decorate. We want to take advantage of all the great sales at the outlet malls!
You might want to think about that, too. Between the savings of up to 25% off in our November/December special and the money you can save at places like Tanger Outlet Center - with more than 100 true outlet stores, you can just about pay for your trip to Gatlinburg.
